Another way to segment your email list is to do so by campaign activity. You can analyze customers’ behavior surrounding previous campaigns by viewing data from previous campaigns. When using this criterion for a campaign, you have the possibility to select different segmentation options:
- If they open the email.
- If they did not open the email.
- If they click.
- If they did not click.
Once you choose the criteria you want to use, you can then filter the results further by picking a certain amount of past campaigns to analyze. The more individual campaign data you look at, the more accurate your end results will be.
